[origin: EP2017874A2] The arrangement has a coupling arrangement coupling a high-frequency-power of a delay line (VL) i.e. coil line, to an output circuit with a high frequency-coupling line that is guided into a vacuum window (F1) through a vacuum cover (HU). The coupling arrangement has an another high frequency-coupling line guided into another vacuum window (F2) through the vacuum cover, where each high frequency coupling line couples a high frequency-partial power of an entire output line to the output circuit. A power divider i.e. Wilkinson divider (WT), distributes the output line on the partial lines.
