Abstract (en)
The element (11) has a mercury-containing material formed as a bar shaped elongate element (12) and arranged in fixtures (14, 15), a tubular intermediate support and a recess, where the bar shaped element includes definite quantity of mercury per unit length. The quantity of mercury applied specifically at the carrier element is dosed dependent on a length of the bar shaped element. The bar shaped element includes 0.46 milligrams mercury per millimeter. An electrode is arranged in a discharge vessel of a discharge lamp e.g. fluorescent lamp.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trägerelement, an welchem ein Hg-haltiges Material zur Anbringung in einer Entladungslampe (1) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Hg-haltige Material als stabförmiges Element (12) ausgebildet ist und an einer Halterung (14, 15, 16, 17; 19) des Trägerelements (11) angeordnet ist. Die Erfindung betrifft auch eine Entladungslampe mit einem derartigen Trägerelement.
