Abstract (en)
The element (1) has prestressed bars (6, 7) longitudinally extended in a hollow block (2) having a U shaped section. Each of the bars has ends equipped with a plate (16) and another plate that are applied on ends (18, 19) of the element, respectively. Each plate is equipped with a fixation unit constituted of a recess and a threaded insert that are fixed to corresponding ends of the bar and uniquely extended towards interior of the block.

L'invention concerne un élément de construction préfabriqué (1), comportant au moins un bloc creux (2), l'élément (1) étant de forme générale allongée et étant équipé d'au moins une barre de précontrainte (6, 7) s'étendant longitudinalement dans le bloc creux (2), la barre de précontrainte (6, 7) comportant en outre une première et une seconde extrémités équipées respectivement d'une première et d'une seconde plaques (16), s'appuyant respectivement sur une première et une seconde extrémités (18, 19) de l'élément (1) de manière à le contraindre, caractérisé en ce que chaque plaque (16) est équipée de moyens de fixation de l'extrémité correspondante de la barre de précontrainte (6, 7), s'étendant vers l'intérieur du bloc (2).
