An independent claim is also included for a method for loading and unloading of an adjustment plate of a freeze drying unit with vials.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Be- und Entladen einer Stellplatte (16) einer Gefriertrocknungsanlage (10) mit einer Anzahl von Vials (18), mit einem vor der Gefriertrocknungsanlage (10) vorgesehenen Übergabetisch (20) zur zeitweiligen Aufnahme der Vials (18) und mit einer Schiebevorrichtung zum Verschieben der Vials (18) von dem Übergabetisch (20) auf die Stellplatte (16) oder von der Stellplatte (16) auf den Übergabetisch (20), wobei die Schiebevorrichtung einen rechten und einen linken Transportschlitten (30) und ein Beladeelement (38) umfasst. Eine Vorrichtung zum Be- und Entladen einer Stellplatte (16) einer Gefriertrocknungsanlage (10) zu schaffen, bei der die Vials (18) reibungsarm und sicher auf die Stellplatte (16) und zurück überführt werden, wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Transportschlitten (30) derart an dem Übergabetisch (20) und/oder an der Stellplatte (16) angeordnet sind, dass sie eine seitliche Begrenzung des Übergabetisches (20) und/oder der Stellplatte (16) bilden, so dass am Rand des Übergabetisches und/oder der Stellplatte (16) befindliche Vials (18) während des Be- oder Entladevorganges direkt an einem Transportschlitten (30) zur Anlage kommen.
