Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2019449A2] The clamp (1) has a clamping screw (2) accommodated in a threaded opening of a clamping piece. A conductor rail (4) comprises a rectangular contact plate (22) at a free end (26) of the rail, where the length of the contact plate is greater than the breadth of the rail accommodating an interior space of a clamping piece (3). The contact plate overlaps the clamping piece on both sides in a mounted condition of the rail with the free ends, where the length of the contact plate is smaller than the height of the rail. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a screw connection clamp.
