[origin: EP1721539A1] The device has outer and inner combs (1, 2) mounted in a movable manner to allow a displacement of the combs with respect to each other so that a bunch of hair is pressed to smoothen the hair. The comb (1) has teeth formed by a succession of arches (3) whose cavity defines a tunnel (4). The tunnel is provided at the comb (2) to arrange the comb (2) below the comb (1) within the tunnel and to allow the displacement of the comb (2) with respect to the comb (1) so as to move teeth (5) of the comb (2) with respect to surfaces formed by the arches of the comb (1).
