Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2007131550A1] The invention relates to a device for peripheral information input in test subjects by means of electrical fields and currents, with at least one electrical contacting means for a part of the body or a limb of the test subject, which means is arranged releasably relative to the test subject. The electrical contacting means consists of an insulating textile support material whose inner face is provided at least in some areas with electrically conductive surfaces, wherein the conductive surfaces are either electrically connected to one another and lead to a common outer contacting means or are each in communication with a separate outer contacting means. The shape of the textile support material is adapted to the anatomy of the particular body part or the particular limb of the test subject and is preferably in the form of a stocking, a sock, a gaiter, a headband or a glove.
