[origin: WO2007059805A1] The invention relates to a device for coating plates (6) in circulation. Said device comprises a transport system for transporting plates (6) and a feeding device (5) which can apply the coating material (8) to the surface of the plates. Means (7) for drying and/or hardening the coating material are provided next to the feeding device and above the plates. Contrary to state of the art devices, said inventive device comprises means which enable a material web (3) to pass between the transport elements for the transport of plates and means (7) for drying and/or hardening.
