[origin: WO2007131783A2] The invention relates to a blind (3) for windows (12, 13) of motor vehicles, especially of motor vehicle doors (1) or tailgates. Said blind comprises a length which at least partially covers the surface of the window, a winding shaft (3) for receiving the length of blind and a blind moving mechanism comprising guides (32, 33) for the length of blind, a drive (31) for winding the blind up and down, actuating means (34, 35) for transferring the driving force from the drive (31) to the blind, and an inner lining (40), especially a frame or supporting lining, which is used to receive at least the blind moving mechanism and is to be fixed to parts of the body of the motor vehicle, especially an internal metal sheet of a motor vehicle door (1) or a tailgate.
