[origin: WO2007137749A1] Disclosed is a method for detecting antibodies and/or antigens and determining the blood type in a test substance. Said method comprises the following steps: a tracing substance is applied to or introduced into a preferably V-shaped or U-shaped bottom area of a receptacle; the receptacle is subdivided into at least two zones by disposing at least one semi-permeable membrane that is permeable to certain components of a test substance in the receptacle, a first zone being provided for accommodating the test substance and a second zone containing the tracing substance (Anti-IgG); the test substance is introduced into the respective zone; a force is applied which affects at least individual components of the test substance, accelerates the penetration of components of the test substance through the membrane, and is directed essentially towards the membrane; and a second force is applied which affects at least the membrane and the direction of which can be modified over time. Also disclosed is a device for carrying out the inventive method.
