[origin: EP2020466A2] The ventilator (1) has a baseplate (2) corresponding to a commercial roofing tile in shape and connections, where the baseplate is made up of clay or concrete. A passage is located in the middle of the baseplate, where a vent pipe (5) made up of plastic i.e. PVC, or metal passes through the passage. The vent pipe is coated with a UV-resistant paint. The vent pipe is stuck together with the baseplate on an upper side and a lower side.
