Abstract (en)
Fold height and sheet thickness determine the tube width (b). Any departures of the bridging section dimensions, caused by tolerance and deformation, are accommodated by the fold height. A fold is formed from the first flat side (1a). Two folds are located adjacently and form a U-shaped gap between themselves. Bridging sections are bent from the second flat side (1b). At least one bridging section has double-layered construction and is turned over. One bridging section optionally has a fold (90[deg] ) at its terminal edge.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Flachrohr für einen Wärmeübertrager, herstellbar durch Umformung und Verlötung eines Blechbandes (2) mit einer Dicke (d) und äußeren Randstreifen, wobei das Flachrohr (1) eine erste und eine zweite flache Seite (1a. 1b), eine Rohrbreite (b) und eine mehrlagige Trennwand (5) aufweist, welche benachbarte Strömungskanäle (3, 4) bildet, wobei mindestens jeweils zwei Lagen der Trennwand (5) als Falz (6, 7) mit einer Falzhöhe (f) und mindestens eine Lage als aus einem der beiden Randstreifen abgewinkelter Steg (9, 10) mit der Steghöhe (s) ausgebildet sind. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Maß der Falzhöhe (h) und der Blechdicke (d) das Maß der Rohrbreite (b) bestimmen und dass toleranz- und umformbedingte Maßabweichungen des Stegmaßes (s) durch die Falzhöhe (h) aufgenommen werden.
