Abstract (en)
The device has a container for containing a cosmetic product e.g. mascara, to be applied, and an applicator including a rod and an applying unit e.g. brush, for applying the product contained in the container. A rinsing unit is arranged in the container for rinsing the applicator during withdrawal of the container, and is made of elastically deformable material. The rinsing unit has a rinsing lip (20) for defining a circular orifice (21), and a slot (25) connected to the orifice in a piercing manner and extending on a complete revolution around an axis of the orifice.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de conditionnement et d'application, comportant : - un récipient (2) comportant un produit à appliquer, - un applicateur comportant une tige (8) et un organe d'application (10) pour appliquer le produit contenu dans le récipient, - un organe d'essorage (6) disposé dans le récipient, pour essorer l'applicateur lors du retrait du récipient, cet organe d'essorage comportant : - au moins une lèvre d'essorage (20) définissant un orifice (21), - au moins une fente (25) se raccordant de manière rasante à l'orifice (21) et s'étendant sur moins d'une révolution complète autour de l'axe (X) de l'orifice.
