Abstract (en)
The device (1) has a pedal assembly (4) provided with a shaft (6) on which two cranks (7) are mounted, where each crank is provided with a pedal (8). One of the cranks is angularly displaced relative to the other crank and relative to an axle that perpendicularly extends relative to the shaft. The shaft is mounted on a balance wheel (10) provided with a braking unit. A rotational angle detector determines a rotational angle of the balance wheel, and is connected to a braking power regulator that is connected to the braking unit.

Dispositif statique destiné à permettre un travail musculaire et pourvu d'un pédalier ayant un arbre sur lequel deux manivelles sont montées, chacune étant pourvue d'une pédale, au moins une des manivelles est angulairement décalée par rapport à l'autre et ceci relatif à un axe qui s'étend perpendiculairement par rapport audit arbre.
