Abstract (en)

The device has a closed control circuit for an on-line regulation of a fiber orientation transverse profile of a continuous paper or cardboard web. The control circuit includes a control device (12) for supplying and/or drawing a preset volume flow into and/or from both lateral boundary regions (14, 16) of a regulator nozzle (18) of a regulator (10). A correction variable of the closed control circuit influencing the fiber orientation transverse profile is formed by an edge-sided volume flow. The correction variable is determined by flow rate of the edge-sided volume flow. An independent claim is also included for a method for on-line regulation of a fiber orientation transverse profile of a continuous paper or cardboard web in a paper machine.

Abstract (de)

Eine Vorrichtung zur Online-Regelung des Faserorientierungsquerprofils einer laufenden Papier- oder Kartonbahn in einer einen Stoffauflauf mit einer Stoffauflaufdüse umfassenden Papiermaschine umfasst wenigstens einen das Faserorientierungsprofil online regelnden geschlossenen Regelkreis, in den als Stelleinrichtung eine Einrichtung zur Einspeisung und/oder zum Abziehen eines jeweiligen vorgebbaren Volumenstroms in bzw. aus den beiden seitlichen Randbereichen der Stoffauflaufdüse des Stoffauflaufs einbezogen ist. Es wird auch ein entsprechendes Verfahren zur Online-Regelung des Faserorientierungsquerprofils angegeben.
