[origin: EP2022927A1] The device (1) has a part (5) connected to a rotating shaft by a complete rigid connection, and a part (6) articulated on the part (5). The part (6) includes two arms (7, 10) articulated at ends (8) of the arms, respectively on the part (5). The arms adapt to shapes to circumscribe a part of an exterior peripheral surface of the shaft on lengths of the arms, respectively. One of the arms is articulated on the part (5) by articulation having a degree of freedom in rotation and translation.
