Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2007141047A1] The invention relates to a process for production of a moulded skin with subregions composed of plastics of different composition, and also to a moulded skin with a groove. The inventive process is based on a rotational sintering process in a mould with a mould former (1) comprising a separator fillet (3), where by way of the separator fillet (3) the mould former (1) can be separated into a first and second former region, comprising the steps of: a) application of a separator piece (10, 23, 33, 43) to the separator fillet (3) of the mould former (1); b) conduct of the rotational sintering process with introduction of a first plastics composition (22, 32, 42) into the first former region and of a second plastics composition (24, 34, 44) into the second former region of the mould former, so that the plastics combine with formation of a one-piece moulded skin (20, 30, 40) with the separator piece (10, 23, 33, 43), where at least one of the following elements: separator piece (10, 23, 33, 43), first (22, 32, 42) or second plastics composition (24, 34, 44) differs in its composition from the composition of the two other elements.
