Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007134756A1] Closure with hinged lid for bottles and the like with an automatic lid opening system comprising an improved button. The closure has an elastic element made from elastomer material that exerts a spring-back force on lid (3) towards its open position, and anchoring means (6a, 6b) between main body (1 ) and lid (3). The button consists of a movable area (5), made from the actual material of main body (1 ), with a front portion (5a) defined in side wall (11 ) of main body (1 ) and joined thereto by a pivoting line (22). Anchoring means (6a, 6b) comprise a first part (6a) formed in said movable area (5) of main body (1 ) and a second part (6b) formed on said lid (3) and suitable for being anchored in said first part (6a).
