[origin: WO2007140867A1] An axial piston machine comprises a housing (1), the housing interior of which receives an eccentric disc (3) and a rotatably mounted cylinder drum (6) having cylinders (26, 28) and pistons (29) which can move to and fro in said cylinders (26, 28) and the ends of which which protrude out of the cylinders (26, 28) are supported on the eccentric disc (3). An actuating device (13) which acts on the eccentric disc (3) via a cradle journal (41) and an arm (14) and comprises an actuating piston (40) having a recess (43), into which the cradle journal (41) which is provided with a sliding block (42) engages, and holes (44) serves to displace the eccentric disc (3). The holes (44) are formed in the eccentric disc (3), in the arm (14) and in the cradle journal (41) and open into the recess (43) of the actuating piston (40).
