Abstract (en)

A nonwoven web needling device comprises a series of needle looms (1) having a needle bar, a pair of infeed rollers, and a pair of outfeed rollers, where the needle looms can be moved along a guide (14) in the transport direction of the nonwoven web and can be locked in place at any desired distance from each other. An independent claim is included for a method for changing a stitch pattern during needling of a nonwoven web.

Die Anlage zur Vernadelung einer Vliesbahn (9) weist mehrere hintereinander angeordnete Nadelmaschinen (1) mit jeweils wenigstens einem Nadelbalken (5) und einem Paar von Zuführwalzen (10) und Abzugswalzen (11) auf. Die Nadelmaschinen (1) sind dabei in Förderrichtung der Vliesbahn (9) entlang einer Führung (14) beweglich und in beliebig bestimmbaren Abständen zueinander arretierbar.
