Abstract (en)
The method involves producing a peripherally closed steel frame, which is composed of steel profiles with side parts (15, 16), an upper part and a lower part. The frame with side surfaces (27) of the profiles is placed on a horizontal supporting surface, where thickness of the frame between the surfaces corresponds to desired thickness of a wall element. A compartment (21) peripherally enclosed by the frame is filled with concrete e.g. self-compacting concrete, and the produced steel-concrete wall element is lifted from the supporting surface after hardening and partial curing of the concrete. An independent claim is also included for a wall element comprising a steel frame.

Die Erfindung schafft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Wandelementes für eine verkehrsleitwand sowie ein nach dem Verfahren hergestelltes Wandelement:, das die Vorteile von Wandelementen aus Stahl und aus Beton auf sich vereinigt. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass zunächst ein aus Stahlprofilen bestehender, umfangsseitig geschlossener Stahlrahmen hergestellt wird, der dann auf eine ebene Auflagefläche aufgelegt wird, so dass das von dem Stahlrahmen umfangsseitig geschlossene Gefach mit Beton ausgefüllt werden kann und nach Abbinden und wenigstens teilweisem Aushärten des Betons das derart aus einem umlaufenden Stahlrahmen und einem inneren Betonkern bestehende "Hybrid"-Wandelement von der Auflagefläche wieder abgehoben werden kann.
