The device has a rod carrier (20) provided for supporting a rod (10) and comprising a rod guide (21), where the rod is guided at the rod guide, and includes two rod units that are coupled with one another through a pivotable joint. An operating carriage (30) is movably guided at the rod, and has a carriage drive (31) for displacement of the carriage relative to the rod. A fixing device is provided for fixing the carriage to the rod carrier, where the rod is vertically moved relative to the rod carrier through the operation of the carriage drive. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a deep drilling device.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tiefbohrvorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Errichten einer Tiefbohrvorrichtung mit einem Mast (10), einem Mastträger (20) zum Stützen des Mastes, wobei der Mastträger eine Mastführung aufweist, an welcher der Mast vertikal verschiebbar geführt ist, und einem Arbeitsschlitten (30), der vertikal verschiebbar am Mast geführt ist und der zumindest einen Schlittenantrieb zum Verschieben des Arbeitsschlittens relativ zum Mast aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß sind Mittel zum Festlegen des Arbeitsschlittens am Mastträger vorgesehen, wobei der Mast durch Betätigen des Schlittenantriebs relativ zum Mastträger vertikal verschiebbar ist.
