Abstract (en)
The method involves providing two subcomponents (2, 3), where the subcomponent (2) is made of a super-alloy i.e. nickel-based super alloy, and the subcomponent (3) is made of high-temperature resistant steel e.g. chromium steel of 10 weight percentage. The two subcomponents are joint-welded, where a weld seam (5) is formed between the two subcomponents. The weld seam is heated to a temperature that corresponds to 70 to 130 percentage of an annealing temperature of the high-temperature resistant steel.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Turbinenkomponente (1) für eine Dampfturbine, wobei das Verfahren das Bereitstellen von zwei Teilkomponenten umfasst, wobei die erste Teilkomponente (2) eine Superlegierung und die zweite Teilkomponente (3) einen hochwarmfesten Stahl aufweist und die beiden Teilkomponenten (2, 3) mittels einer Verbindungsschweißung miteinander verschweißt werden, wobei die Schweißnaht (5) auch nach der Schweißung auf eine Temperatur, die 70% bis 130% der Anlasstemperatur des hochwarmfesten Stahls entspricht, erwärmt wird.
