Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2026009A2] The oven (1) has a selector (29) with buttons (31, 32) to simultaneously/independently select cooking systems (7, 9, 11). The systems are formed of thermal resistors (13, 17, 23) arranged on a ceiling (15), below a refractory plate (21) and in a base (27) of an enclosure (3), respectively. A regulator (33) independently regulates and manages heating temperature of each selected system. Measuring units have temperature sensors to measure the temperatures of the corresponding resistors and are arranged in the enclosure to prevent disturbance between the selected systems during the measurement.
