Device (1) for liquefying a process medium, especially gaseous carbon dioxide, comprises a container (3) for holding the carbon dioxide and containing flow channels (10a, 10b). A Peltier element is arranged on the container to cool the container. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Method for liquefying a process medium, especially gaseous carbon dioxide; and (2) System comprising the above liquefying device and a supply container for the process medium. Preferred Features: A cooling body is arranged on the Peltier element. A ventilator is arranged on the cooling body with an air filter arranged on the ventilator.

Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Vorrichtung zum Verflüssigen von Prozessmedien (2), insbesondere gasförmiges CO 2 vorgesehen. Die Vorrichtung weist einen Mediumsbehälter (3) zur Aufnahme eines Prozessmediums auf, wobei im Inneren des Mediumsbehälters Strömungskanäle ausgebildet sind. Am Mediumsbehälter ist zumindest ein Peltierelement (15) zum Kühlen des Mediumsbehälters angeordnet.
