Abstract (en)
The arrangement has a capacitor (C1) whose voltage is anti-proportional to additional output of a gas discharge lamp of a headlight of a motor vehicle. The voltage of the capacitor is tapped at a terminal (CA1), and a current source is provided for charging the capacitor, where the current source lies parallel to the capacitor. An ohmic resistor (R1) is connected parallel to the capacitor and the current source for discharging the capacitor, where the current source adjusts the level of the charging current of the capacitor. An independent claim is also included for a method for adjusting a level of additional output of a gas discharge lamp of a headlight of a motor vehicle.

Schaltungsanordnung zum Einstellen der Höhe einer Zusatzleistung von Gasentladungslampen von Kraftfahrzeugscheinwerfern mit einem Kondensator (C1), dessen Spannung antiproportional zur Zusatzleistung ist, und mit einem ersten Anschluss (CA), an welchem die Spannung des Kondensators (C1) abgreifbar ist, wobei die Schaltungsanordnung eine Stromquelle (G1) aufweist, die zum Aufladen des Kondensators (C1) geeignet und eingerichtet ist, und dass die Stromquelle (G1) parallel zu dem Kondensator (C1) liegt
