Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007134595A2] The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising: a) 0.01 to 4% by weight of a conjugate of a low molecular weight cytostatic with two or more reactive groups with a human-compatible protein, where the weight ratio of protein to cytostatic in the conjugate is 20:1 or higher, b) 0 to 0.9% by weight of NaCl, c) 0 to 5% by weight of a stabilization additive, d) 0 to 5% by weight of galenic additives and/or auxiliaries which are different from components b) and c), e) 0 to 5% by weight of a pharmacologically and/or diagnostically effective substance different from component a), or a mixture of various such substances, f) 19.9 to 99.9% by weight of water, where components a) to e) always add up to 100%. The invention further relates to uses of such compositions and to processes for their preparation.
