Abstract (en)

The device (1) has a transport channel (4) for transporting a product (100), where breadth of the channel is adjusted to product thickness. A transfer device (2) includes a channel-like gate (20) with a gate drive (21) and controller (22) for controlling the gate drive. The gate is operated by the gate drive, and another breath of the channel of the gate is adapted to the product thickness. A thickness sensor (23) fixed upstream to the gate in a transporting direction (T) determines the product thickness.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Transportieren von Produkten (100), wie Blattstapeln, zusammengetragenen Signaturen, Buchblöcken oder dergleichen, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Transportkanal (4) zum stehenden Transport der Produkte (100) besitzt, dessen Breite (Y) an die Produktdicke (X) anpassbar ist. Die Vorrichtung (1) besitzt eine Ausschleuseinrichtung (2), welche mindestens eine kanalartig ausgeführte Weiche (20) mit einem Weichenantrieb (21) und eine Steuereinrichtung (22) zur Steuerung des Weichenantriebes (21) aufweist. Der Ausschleuseinrichtung (2) ist eine Einrichtung (23) zur Bestimmung der Produktdicke (X) vorgelagert, welcher im Transportkanal (4) in Transportrichtung (T) stromaufwärts der mindestens einen Weiche (20) angebracht ist. Die Weiche (20) ist durch den Weichenantrieb (21) schaltbar und die Breite der Kanäle der Weiche (20) ist an die Produktdicke (X) anpassbar.
