Abstract (en)
The actuator (10) has a diaphragm (22) tightly connected with housing (20) containing a chamber (24) e.g. low pressure chamber, at radial outer area (32). The diaphragm is supported on a diaphragm plate (30). The radial outer area of the diaphragm rests at an inner side of a sleeve (38) in a molded and welded manner, where the sleeve is tightly fixed at the housing. The outer area is pressed at the inner side of the sleeve. The diaphragm is made of plastic, fabric-reinforced elastomer or stainless steel foil. A radial outer edge of the diaphragm is designed as a sealing lip. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a diaphragm actuator.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Membranantrieb zum Antrieb einer Ventilspindel mit einem Gehäuse, einer Membran, die mit ihrem radial äußeren Bereich mit einem Gehäuse dicht verbunden ist und im Gehäuse eine Kammer schafft, einen Membranteller, gegen den sich die Membran abstützt, wobei der radial äußere Bereich der Membran an der Innenseite einer Hülse anliegt und die Hülse dicht im Gehäuse fixiert ist. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Membrantriebs.
