[origin: EP2030548A2] The cleaner has an upper body provided with a handle, and a base unit that is movable by a chassis on a surface to be cleaned. A motor blower is arranged in the base unit for producing negative pressure acting on the surface to be cleaned. A rotational hinge is arranged between the upper body and the base unit, and enables change of direction of the base unit by rotation of the upper body. The rotational hinge has a bearing housing (111) that rotatably binds a tubing section hinged at the base unit and is inserted in an accommodating space in the upper body.
