[origin: EP2030550A2] The cleaner (1) has an upper body (3) with a dust collecting container and a base unit (2). The upper body is supported by a tilting hinge in a use position and is pivotable relative to the base unit around a horizontal axis from an approximately perpendicular stand-by position to a diagonally tilted operating position. A rotary hinge is arranged between the upper body and the base unit, and enables a change of direction of the driven base unit by rotation of the upper body. A rotation locking device locks the upper body concerning to the rotation in the stand-by position.
