Abstract (en)
The device has a supply device e.g. oscillating conveyor, for supplying tablets (4) in a drop section. (6) A sensor (12) checks the falling tablets in the section. A separating device (8) e.g. blowing device, separates good and bad tablets and is arranged below the sensor in the section. A control device (7) is connected with the sensor and the separating device, and controls the separating device based on values given by the sensor. The sensor has a voltage generator for a high frequency electrical alternating field and two capacitor plates charged by the generator. An independent claim is also included for a method for the controlled tablet filling.

Die Vorrichtung zur überwachten Tablettenabfüllung umfasst eine Vorrichtung (2) zum Zuführen von Tabletten (4) in eine Fallstrecke (6), und einen kapazitiven Sensor (12) zum Überprüfen jeder fallenden Tablette (4) in der Fallstrecke (6). Außerdem besitzt sie eine Trenneinrichtung (8) zum Trennen von guten und schlechten Tabletten (4), welche unterhalb des Sensors (12) in der Fallstrecke (6) angeordnet ist, sowie eine Steuereinrichtung (7), welche mit dem Sensor (12) und der Trenneinrichtung (8) verbunden ist und die Trenneinrichtung (8) auf Basis der vom Sensor (12) gelieferten Werte ansteuert.
