Abstract (en)

Production of a cigarette packet (10) of the folding hinged lid type comprises using a blank (11) having a front (14), a base (15) and rear (16) arranged on a folding spine or on the folded inner blank so that side tabs (20, 21) and lid tabs (23, 24) which protrude laterally over the spine. The side tabs are folded back in the starting position in the plane of the blank. An independent claim is also included for a device for producing a cigarette packet of the folding hinged lid type. Preferred Features: After placing the blank on the folding spine or inner blank the folding tabs are folded in the packet position and the blanks are pushed away from the folding spine.

Zur kontinuierlichen Fertigung von Zigarettenpackungen (10) des Typs Klappschachtel werden auf einem Faltdorn 35 zuerst ein Innenzuschnitt (37), sodann ein Kragen (39) und danach ein Packungszuschnitt (11) in der Ausführung für eine Längsfaltung angeordnet und komplett bzw. teilweise gefaltet. In dieser Position auf dem Faltdorn (35) werden ausgewählte Faltlappen des Packungszuschnitts (11), nämlich insbesondere innere Schachtel-Seitenlappen (21) vorgefaltet und danach in die Ursprungsstellung zurückgefaltet. Die Komplettfaltung des Packungszuschnitts (11) findet nach dem Abschieben vom Faltdorn (35) statt.
