[origin: EP2031080A1] Iron-based high temperature alloy contains (in wt.%) 20 chromium, 4-8 aluminum, 0.-0.2 zirconium, 0.02-0.05 boron, 0.1-0.2 yttrium, 0-0.5 silicon and a balance of iron. An independent claim is also included for a method for the production of the high temperature alloy comprising melting the alloying elements and rolling at 900-800[deg] C.
