[origin: CA2652492A1] Creping and cutting procedure and equipment, comprising a creping doctor (1) bearing a blade (2) which carries out the creping; a bracket (12) which can pivot about a pivot axis (5) at the geometrical centre of which the crep ing blade (2) operates; first drive means (3) which from the bracket (12) gi ve rise to rotation of the creping doctor (1) about a pivot axis (4); and se cond drive means varying the angle (6) acting on the bracket (12) and causin g it to rotate about the pivot axis (5), in such a way that with only two do ctors (1), (7) it is possible to carry out creping operations, blade change, cutting and cleaning.
