Abstract (en)
The method involves guiding a chilled air flow from a head part (13) directly into storage rack blowers that are arranged under the head part. A chilled air is passed from a top blower to a bottom blower, where the chilled air enters into a collecting space (15) from the bottom blower. The space is arranged below the bottom blower. The chilled air is exhausted from the space via a refrigerator (5). The chilled air flow is guided to doors (11) of goods presentation furniture (1) via the rack blowers in a distance (A), so that no condensate settles at disks of the doors. An independent claim is also included for a goods presentation furniture for presentation of cooling or freezing goods.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Warenpräsentationsmöbel zur Präsentation von Kühl- oder Gefrierware mit einer vertikalen Zugangsöffnung zum Warenraum, der in vertikal übereinander angeordnete Fächer unterteilt ist. Der Kühlluftstrom wird aus dem Kopfteil (13) direkt in die darunter angeordneten Regelfächer geleitet, wobei die Kühlluft von oben nach unten ein Regalfach nach dem anderen durchströmt und aus dem untersten Regalfach in einem unter diesem angeordneten Sammelraum (15) aufgefangen und anschließend durch das Kühlaggregat (5) für den nächsten Kreislauf aufbereitet wird. Das Kopfteil (13) des Warenpräsentationsmöbels weist eine luftdurchlässige Trennwand zum benachbarten Regalfach auf. Die Regalfachböden sind jeweils luftdurchlässig, so dass der Kühlluftstrom die Regalfächer nacheinander nach unten durchströmen kann.
