Abstract (en)

The munition (11) includes a marking agent. This leaves through bores (2) made in the front of the ogive (4), or in the rear region. To cause ejection, increased pressure is caused inside the munition. The marking agent is a powder or liquid. It is a luminescent liquid. The container (3) is ruptured by a gas cartridge (7) and release mechanism (8), which lie ahead of it. The gas cartridge produces the required pressure increase. A detonator is incorporated at the tip of the ogive.

Zur Markierung des Auftreffpunktes eines Geschosses (10, 11) auf ein Ziel ist vorgesehen, im Ogivenbreich des Geschosses (10, 11) einen Behälter (3) einzubinden, welcher ein Mittel zur Markierung des Zieles beinhaltet. Der Behälter (3) wird beim Auftreffen des Geschosses (10, 11) auf das Ziel zerbrochen, so dass das Mittel zur Markierung über in der Ogive (4) oder im Heckbereich eingebrachte Bohrungen (2) austreten kann. Damit es in dieser Form austreten kann, wird im Geschoss (10, 11) ein Überdruck erzeugt. Dies kann durch eine Gaskartusche (7) mit Auslösemechanismus (8) oder einen Hubkolben (9) realisiert werden.
