The cartridge (1) comprises a front-side head (5) and a projectile (2) with a carrier (6). The projectile has a surface adjusted for uniform release of kinetic energy contained in a fire arm. The head is made of an elastic material which includes plastic, particularly hard plastic, a rubber, particularly a foam rubber and a compressible material, particularly a foam-shaped material. A propellant is provided, which is made of gun powder or nitrocellulose.

Eine Patrone (1) für eine Handfeuerwaffe mit einem einen vorderseitigen Kopf (5) und einen Träger (6) umfassenden Projektil (2), einem Gehäuse (3) und einem eine Treibladung (4) umfassenden Antriebselement ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Projektil (2) eine an eine gleichmäßige Abgabe der in der Schusswaffe aufgenommenen kinetischen Energie angepasste Oberfläche aufweist.
