[origin: WO2008000005A1] The invention relates to a stamp (1) with a first housing part (3), a second housing part (4) which can be swiveled with respect to the first housing part (3) and a die plate (5), which can be swiveled about an axis (13) in a first end region (12) of the first housing part (3), from a resting position to a working position (10), wherein the die plate (5) in the resting position is located between the first housing part (3) and the second housing part (4), and when the die plate (5) is in the working position (10), the first housing part (3), the second housing part (4), and the die plate (5) form approximately a triangle. The second housing part (4) comprises a slotted guide path (25) which is in engagement with the die plate (5). A control guide path (18) which is, or can be, brought into engagement with an actuating element (6), is provided on the die plate (5). The invention further describes a stamp (1) having a first housing part (3), an actuating element (6), which can be swiveled with respect to the first housing part (3), and a die plate (5).
