[origin: EP2034641A2] The method involves receiving a radio-data-system program service name (RDS PS) string, and analyzing whether concatenation information is included in the string. The string is stored in a cache such that an available cache string is directly concatenated with the RDS PS string under omission of the information if the information is present in the RDS PS string. The RDS PS string is stored in the cache such that the cache string is concatenated with RDS PS information if the concatenation information is not present in the RDS PS string. The RDS PS string is represented on a terminal. An independent claim is also included for a terminal for representing displayable radio-data-system information.
