[origin: FR2903030A1] The device for assembling an edge of first sheet panel on an edge of second sheet panel by folding, comprises a movable arm carrying a tool for exerting an effort on the first and second panel edges, and presetting rollers (1) and setting rollers (2) mounted one after the other on a pendulum (3). An angle (55[deg] ) is formed between axes of the two rollers. The pendulum is rotatably mounted on a base plate (7) that is fixed on the arm. The pendulum rotates around an axis perpendicular to a direction of the tool. The tool comprises two springs. The device for assembling an edge of first sheet panel on an edge of second sheet panel by folding, comprises a movable arm carrying a tool for exerting an effort on the first and second panel edges, and presetting rollers (1) and setting rollers (2) mounted one after the other on a pendulum (3). An angle (55[deg] ) is formed between axes of the two rollers. The pendulum is rotatably mounted on a base plate (7) that is fixed on the arm. The pendulum rotates around an axis perpendicular to a direction of the tool. The tool comprises two springs respectively compressing when the pendulum is isolated from a neutral angular position according to a first and second direction of rotation around the axis. The rotational axis of the pendulum coincides with the rotational axis of the setting rollers. The rotational axes of the setting rollers and pendulum cut a symmetrical axis of the arm. An independent claim is included for a process of assembling an edge of first sheet panel on an edge of second sheet panel.
