[origin: EP2036619A2] The device has a central stand (14) with a rotary drive rotating around a vertical axis (17). A pallet carrier (18) has a pallet (19) to retain an object, and a frame carrier (22) retains a flocking device (37). The frame carrier, a frame (23), and the pallet are movably arranged in a vertical direction relative to each other. The frame carrier takes multiple progressive preset rotating positions along a circular path opposite to the frame. A mechanical actuation unit (43) partially lifts another flocking device from the frame so that a template arranged at the frame is accessible.
