Abstract (en)

An apparatus for forming desired patterns on ceramic tile with prescribed staring from a slurry characterized by comprising - means for preparing a slurry - at least one slurry holding tank (100) for holding at least one type of slurry; - at least one pattern forming tray (300); - at least one means for connecting said at least one tank to at least one pattern forming tray (300) and - a filter pressing unit (500) wherein the pattern forming unit (200) dispenses a predetermined type, amount, colors of slurry at a predetermined order into the pattern forming tray (300) to form a desired pattern, said slurry with desired pattern is pressed with the filter pressing unit (500) to form ceramic tiles or slabs with a desired pattern running though its entire thickness.
