[origin: EP2037198A2] The plant (500) has a drying chamber with drying chamber segments (501) arranged adjacent to each other and formed with upper and lower levels for accommodating molds (12). The upper levels form a continuous upper plant level with a continuous upper perfusion for warm air. The lower levels form a continuous lower plant level with a continuous lower perfusion for the warm air. A deflecting segment (503) is arranged at a free front end of the chamber segments such that the upper perfusion is connected with the lower perfusion, where the warm air is deflected by forming a warm air cycle stream.
