The fabric- cutting part 14 of the wet towel manufacturing apparatus 1 of the invention has a first cuttingedge 62 and a second cutting edge 72 that are gradually adapted to come into contact with each other from one side thereto to the other side thereof along the width direction of the fabric in such a manner as to be engaged with each other, which can further extend the lifespan of the edges and can carry out the fabric-cutting operation more effectively.
