[origin: WO2008006823A1] The invention relates to an engine assembly for an aircraft, comprising an engine, an engine mounting device (4) and a cowling enclosing the engine provided with fan shrouds (34), the mounting device (4) having a rigid structure (8) and a forward aerodynamic structure (24) on which the fan shrouds have an articulated mounting, said forward aerodynamic structure (24) being provided with a cradle (40) having rear mounting means (44a, 44b) fixed to the rigid structure (8). According to the invention, the cradle is also provided with forward mounting means (42) fixed to an engine fan housing (18).
