A locking element (35) is arranged in the housing and formed by a rotational symmetric locking body (36) with a rotational symmetric axis (37) lying parallel to a longitudinal axis and a movement area (38) accommodating the locking body. The movement area is changed with respect to the longitudinal axis in a radial direction by an operating surface (44) of an operating unit (41) supported in the housing, and adjusted between a releasing position and a locking position (45).
