[origin: EP2040021A2] The device has an injection-nozzle carrier arranged on top of cooling registers in a displaceable manner in a longitudinal direction of a cooling pipe, bearing a nozzle holder (50) with cleaning nozzles. A shallow beam run together with cooling fins transverse to a longitudinal direction of cooling pipes. The shallow beam includes variations from middle of a cooling pipe gap. A diameter of the cooling pipes is smaller than 40 millimeters, calculated without fins, not exceeding 5 degrees, or larger than 60 millimeters to 150 millimeters not exceeding 15 degrees.
