[origin: EP2040276A1] The device has a compression crank (14) and an operating crank (11) that are connected with respect to a frame. The crank (14) is articulatably connected to an upper end (16b) of a compression spring (16). The crank (11) is connected articulatably to a connecting rod (12). Closing and opening stops (14b, 14c) drive the crank (11) by the crank (14) after passage of the spring beyond a dead point passage position to change position of a contact. A latch (17) retains the contact in an initial position during compression of the spring before passage of the spring beyond the passage position.
