[origin: WO2008009338A1] The invention relates to a concealed sanitary fitting (10) with a base body (12) that can be connected to at least one water supply- or drain pipe. The concealed sanitary fitting (10) contains at least one functional component (14) that contains at least one water channel, with the functional component (14) attached detachably to the base body (12) with a clamping device (20) in such a way that the water supply- or drain pipe is connected to the water channel in a water conducting manner. The clamping device (20) engages with the functional component (14) in the direction of insertion (16), when viewed from the side, in such a way that the functional component (14) can be connected to and disconnected from the clamping device (20) by means of a movement parallel to the surface of the panel.
